Privacy Policy

The short version

The data you paste or upload to parse never leaves your browser. We don't run a server that receives it, log it, or store it. The only things that leave your device are an optional feedback message and payment details you choose to submit — both described below.

What stays on your device

The text or files you paste/upload to clean are processed entirely by JavaScript running in your browser. We use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember a few things on your own device only:

• Your light/dark theme choice
• Whether you've unlocked the one-time export or the Power subscription, for the current browser session
• A short history of your last few parsed inputs, so you can revisit them (5 entries free, 50 on Power)

None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. You can erase it anytime with the "Clear history" button in the app, or by clearing your browser's site data.

What we do receive

• Feedback form: if you submit the "Have an idea or feedback?" form, your message and optional email are sent to our form handler, Formspree, so we can read it. Skip the email field if you'd rather stay anonymous.
• Payments: the $9 unlock and Power subscription are processed entirely by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details — Stripe handles that directly under its own privacy policy.

Third-party resources

The page loads its visual styling and .zip-export library from third-party CDNs (Tailwind CSS, cdnjs). Like any web request, these providers may see your IP address and browser details as part of serving that file, independent of anything you paste into the tool.

Advertising

This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites on the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits here and elsewhere. This is separate from the tool itself — the data you paste in to parse is never used for advertising and never leaves your browser.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
